Zilla is based in the UK. Unfortunately if you live in a country where duty or import tax is payable on goods imported from the UK, please note this is not included within the cost of the item.

Sadly these costs are out of our control and are the responsibility of the purchaser and so we will not be able to refund shipping costs on any overseas orders that are declined because of this.
